How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view your order status in your Everlane account under 'Order History'.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my Everlane garments?
Care instructions vary by fabric. We recommend checking the specific care label on your garment. Generally, we suggest cold water washes and hang drying to extend the life of your clothes and reduce environmental impact.
